As the translation process moves
into production, we offer seamless service by completing any necessary

Some questions we may ask during the translation/localization process
will be:
- Does the document need to look exactly like the original English?
- Should any of the artwork, graphics, photos, or colors be reevaluated
before use in the target language document?
- Are there elements in original material that should be changed or
elimated in the translated material? (examples: phone numbers, signs
or maps, names of programs or other information which may not be appropriate
to the intended audience of a translation)
- Do the original electronic files exist or must the file be recreated?
- What platform and software program should the material be produced
in?
- Who will be printing the project and what, if any, are their specific
requirements?
- Will the material require the creation of PDF, EPS or TIFF files
(or other)?
- Is there text within the graphics that must be translated?
